Dementia doesn't discriminate. Of the many ills in life, Dementia and the various other degenerative/progressive ailments, scare me more and more as I age. I once read a quote that said "When you learn of all that can happen, life is less about living and more about waiting". This is particularly true in the case of my latest short film, HOPE AIN'T FREE. I made this film because I needed a way to face my fears without the harsh and cruel reality of living them.
