On the distant bank of the Volga, in a dilapidated hut, a lonely man has lived for 14 years, who works as a guard at a boat camp. People rarely visit him, but this way of life has not made him callous or evil. On the contrary, he is an amazingly bright person who has surrounded himself with many animals and cares for them.
