For this film, I chose to explore voice feminization lessons as they represent a crucial yet often overlooked aspect of gender transition. Through Ariadne's experience, I witnessed how these sessions become more than just vocal training—they're spaces of vulnerability, growth, and self-discovery. This story highlights both the technical challenges and emotional labor involved in transitioning, particularly how seemingly simple acts like speaking require conscious behavioral changes. By focusing on voice training in a safe, supportive environment, I aimed to illuminate the dedication required in transition while emphasizing the vital role that secure spaces play in managing anxiety around gender expression.
