It explores the conflict between rationality and belief, personal guilt, and the weight of destiny. The protagonist’s journey forces him to confront not just his own choices but the expectations of a society that sees his actions as karmic retribution. Through this, I want to examine how humans navigate guilt, redemption, and the stories they tell themselves to make sense of tragedy. I also hope to eventually adapt this into a 20-minute short film, where I can further refine the themes of religion and faith, reworking them to deepen the narrative’s emotional and philosophical impact.
