Over 25 years ago, we were ina rock band that became a brotherhood and a true family. I traveled to Austin TX, and wanted to visit my old friend, who had changed a lot more than I expected. After a long military career and strugging with PTSD, I asked him to tell his story in order to share it with the world, and as a way to help others, in particular about using brazilian jiu jitsu as a tool for healing and self improvement
