About this Video
Music has always been a part of my life and there's no doubt my grandma's influence had something to do with it. I've always wondered about her passion for music and when I noticed she was hesitant to practice, I had that magical feeling that all filmmakers get. A voice inside of me telling me that I had to make a film about this. And while I intended to make this a sweet introspective piece about aging and one's relationship with music, there's no way I could've predicted how deep the film ended up being.

My films have played at multiple film festivals and my latest film "blank squares" won "Best Screenplay" at the Reel City Film Festival.
