Corruption and selfishness have deeply entrenched themselves in my country, forcing ordinary citizens to bear the consequences. Greediness is a metaphorical exploration of these issues, an allegory of how unchecked ambition devours even those who embrace it. Rather than being didactic, the film relies on subtext and visual storytelling, making it an experimental exercise in cinematic language. It is both a societal reflection and a creative litmus test for me as an emerging filmmaker, challenging my ability to craft layered narratives that provoke thought. Through this film, I aim to engage audiences in critical discourse on theft, betrayal, and consequence.
