About this Video
My 2023-2024 was spent in and out of hospitals, residential mental health programs, and psychiatric wards. The experience should have convinced me that I was broken or crazy or not worth saving, but instead I found hope and friendship. This movie is my love letter to the people I met and the people who helped me become the person I am today. I hope this short film brings people that same hope to seek help or look to the people around them for support.
