Two Moons is about a tender relationship between two lovers, Sami and Yara, living thousands of miles away as circumstances in their lives, both political and personal, get in the way. Two Moons captures the experience of a connection fading away as life, with all its unpredictabilities, gets in the way. It is also about a very specific moment in time where everyone was waiting for the news of the ceasefire in Gaza to be announced in the early days of January of 2025.
