Out of Step was born from the feeling that many of us have when we have to go far away to continue exploring our art. We, artists, are brave, risk-takers, who struggle every day to move forward and to pursue a dream. But many times, what one finds is the harsh reality.

Cristina's story seeks to represent that feeling. A new city, a new context, a new language and, ultimately, a new life, while dealing with the grief of losing a mother. This short film is for all Cristinas, for all artists. I admire you. I really do.
