A man breaks up with his girlfriend, but there is someone who really doesn't think he should.

This is my fourth draft. Did my best to incorporate feedback I've gotten from this community and others. At this point I'm struggling the most with the ending. Looking forward to hearing more amazing feedback from people. This site has been so helpful.
