Karina is a lunch lady who has been working in my high school for many years and everyone in my whole school loves her very much. She might look like an ordinary lunch lady on the outside, but she is a mentor, therapist and a good friend to so many students who go to my school. We found out she was sadly leaving to Cuba to rejoin her family, and my teacher and I thought making a short doc about her would be an excellent tribute so future students know who she is, because her story deserves to be told.
