About this submission

"Inner Rhythm" delves into the world of oriental dance, shedding light on an often misunderstood art form shaped by stereotypes and clichés. I chose this story to showcase the complexity of oriental dance – from its erotic structure to its significance as a serious performing art. Through personal insights, critical reflections, and live dance sequences accompanied by musicians, the film challenges common prejudices.
