In this video, six industry executives reveal how the recent turmoil -- mergers, reorganizations, new services and platforms – has reshaped the TV marketplace. Led by moderators Sarah Timberman (EP, Masters of Sex) and Dante Di Loreto (EP, P-Valley), panelists Carrie Gillogly (AMC Networks), Yvette Urbina (Programmer/Producer), Kathryn Tyus-Adair (Starz) and Justin Rosenblatt (EP, Nora from Queens) share their roadmap for navigating this new landscape. They reveal what they're looking for, what works for them in a pitch and discuss why some buyers prefer an ongoing series over a limited series. They discuss the value of packaging a project and emphasize that well-crafted, compelling characters, quality content and a unique voice trumps all. The insight they share into the buyers' perspective and process will benefit anyone seeking to sell a TV series in today's marketplace.
