One summer night in the Lower East Side, musician Anya Marala hears her own song come on at the club. Intoxicated, she attempts to find out what people really think of her song. She meets Bryce, the first person to take interest in her all night. After she gets mad at him for not knowing her song, he leaves the club without her. As Anya plays the night back in her head, she's interrupted by a fan who recognizes her. The fan asks her out, and she rejects him. She leaves the club, finally satisfied.
