About this Video
As a multi-organ transplant recipient, I chose to tell a story about an interabled queer couple who spends the night together for the first time. Together, they must confront their complex relationships with desire, sexuality, bodily autonomy, and what it truly means to love another person.
I spent much of my young life searching for representations of my body and life story in the media I consumed. The film was made as a way to not only make sense of my own story but to help others in the disabled and queer communities make sense of theirs.
