Jamie dies soon. Landon thinks what it was the best time of his life with Jamie.
A few years later Landon comes back to Beaufort and visits Jamie's father. Landon told what he get into medical school and complete all in his wish list, but Jamie did not get her miracle. Jamie's father thinks what Landon was her miracle. Landon really sorrows about Jamie's passing but still feel their love like a wind, as Jamie told him.
