I wanted to tell a story about two people struggling with their relationship with one another. This specific relationship happens to be between two siblings; however, this isn’t necessarily a story about two siblings. This is a story about a tumultuous relationship between two people. I felt this kind of relationship is very relatable and apparent in most people’s lives. Life definitely isn’t always rainbows and butterflies, and I wanted to show that.
