The Tunnel is a contemporary feature screenplay about the difficulties of familial relationships, and the horror of having made a decision that can’t be undone. It's a medium budget film, and for me the comps for tone would be The Prestige, Ex Machina, Coherence, District 9, Interstellar. Any feedback on what works and what could be improved would be appreciated, as my main aim here is to improve my screenwriting craft. The log-line is:
'An obsessed scientist strives to communicate between alternate dimensions, but success leaves him faced with a choice between two very different alternate lives.'
NOTE: This draft has been revised after the really helpful feedback from Collab readers :)
Thank you!
