Cindy promised that she would spend the summer living with her trickster grandmother.  Feeling a little impulsive, she distracts herself with a fling with the neighbor, ignoring some of her grandmother’s more troubling signs of dementia.  

This slice of life dark comedy seeks to thoughtfully portray all the fear and comfort stemmed from growing up to be just like the women who raised you.
