Even the most prepared and strong woman can be sexually abused and she can remain silent until the unforeseen happens. The #MeToo movement revived my impetus to create this documentary. Especially to reflect an invisible part of the American society: undocumented Latinas who cannot tell their stories and are usually ignored. My vision is to show it not only in theaters but schools and universities, in recovery centers and institutions against domestic violence to empower women in general. I would love this film to be a cathartic means to help women purge their feelings, find self-forgiveness and offer them tools to overcome this trauma. -- Marcela Toledo
