I wanted to create a film that is both a documentary/narrative hybrid. A cinematic exploration into young adulthood and the 20's. I also thought it would be really interesting to try and film it alone, without any help. By blending archival footage, narration, cinematic imagery, and raw footage from my life, I have aimed to create a coming-of-age portrait purely from an unfiltered, true perspective. I have used myself as the vessel to guide the narrative along, and I hope that this film serves as a torch for those beginning their journey and/or lost in the jungle of Real Life.
