RECURRENCE is a micro short film about a character named Kyle, who finds himself in a cycle of destruction as his battle with substance abuse and grief catches up to him. This personal story sheds light on the dangers of using drugs and alcohol to suppress heavy feelings of guilt, torment, depression, and anguish. My goal was to make people aware of the emotional weight that an individual we hold near and dear to us may face daily.
