Jasmine, a graduating college senior, realizes she has a final chance to apply for a prestigious music fellowship across the country. With three days remaining, as the weight and pressure of the audition looms over her, she has to come to terms with her strained relationship with her immigrant mother, and look inward to her relationship with her roommate Justin, another first generation student, in order to craft her piece.
