This film explores the ideas of loneliness versus "aloneliness," a set of principles that I dealt with a lot during the covid isolation period. During this time I lived in a house of 7 and felt a growing pressure around my own identity. I wanted to explore this sort of troubled masculinity through a story of addiction. And although this story's main problem revovles around alcoholism, the message is meant to spread far beyond just the pressures of one individual substance.
I'm an aspiring student filmmaker at UCSC who pulls on experience and knowledge from my own acting career. I plan to continue working as a screen actor after completing my studies and to use that opportunity as a step toward learning the craft of filmmaking.
