A year after a debilitating crash at Championships, charismatic track prodigy Myles D’Vine (18), struggles to get back to the track. His relationships have splintered; he was admitted to a psychiatric ward, and now, with a worsening spinal injury, his physician believes he may have reached the end of what was a burgeoning career.

Through it all, Myles must determine whether it's worth continuing on for a childhood dream... or if his time as a hurdler has come to an end.
