OCTOPUS follows two characters -- a struggling art school grad and a middle-aged man in a dead marriage -- whose lives get strangely intertwined when they each discover the odd-yet-alluring world of lewd online art. Octopus explores feelings of shame through two contrasting characters. Jordan, a young and hopeful aspiring artist, needs to turn to drawing erotica in order to make ends meet. Meanwhile, Doug, a middle-aged man in a dying marriage, reignites his sexual curiosity when he discovers that same erotica online. As their curiosity and guilt bubble over, their lives intersect in a surprising-but-satisfying crescendo.
