According to RAINN, 26.4% of females experience some form of sexual assault (SA) through physical force, violence, or incapacitation. Despite this horrible fact, there are very few protections students have to report and protect themselves from SA. For instance, the process of reporting a Title IX violation is often extremely taxing and invasive for the person who had gone through the trauma of sexual violence, and whether it is enacted is up to the discretion of the school. This is the story of two women who are left to defend themselves in the face of sexual violence.
