I decided to go to Ukraine six months ago by myself to document the humanitarian efforts during the war. I grew up in Poland, and my family is housing many Ukrainian refugees as well. My goal was to interview these families and show the world the truth about this war. I hope to turn this into a full documentary and all proceeds will go to these families in helping them establish a new life away from their country. I am working with the Polish Parliament closely to continue expanding this story.
