Nilofar, 20s, and her husband, 30s, live in an Afghan refugee camp in Pakistan. While pregnant for the fourth time, Nilofar's mother, Nafas, takes her to a nurse in the refugee camp to help her give birth. She prays for her daughter's life, whose fate hangs in the hand of her husband.
