My personal early-2000s internet odyssey. An ode to the webpage and flash game as a dissociate against the horror of the noises underneath Mom's door. Lost within ancient sites and the thrilling paralysis of finding the uncanny. A reckoning with the profound impact that unfiltered internet access has had upon myself and millions of others. Growing up online and finding a tool to hide behind at a young age is damaging and blissful. I wanted to anthropolgize the terabytes lost to time and portray how these intimate spaces age in isolation. Shed light on the internet's lo-fi and perverse underbelly.
