Kidgenieus is a short mockumentary of my college life up to graduation from the perspective of myself and my friends as a homage to my journey into film and storytelling. As a black woman in a predominantly white field, I wanted to highlight the unique challenges I faced. This project also reflects on the personal difficulties I encountered, while emphasizing the importance of perseverance and the joy of storytelling. It serves as a tribute to my journey, showcasing the influence and significance of diversity in film.
