The work follows a poem I wrote about a time I visited my late grandmother who suffered from dementia. The voiceover reading is intended to be from the perspective of my grandmother, as she is observing me and reflecting on her own life. While the animation is personal to myself and my family, I believe that the reach can be universal as the deeper one digs into their own truths, the easier one could possibly resonate with the story.
