We are never 100% ourselves in the presence of others because in everyone else's lives we always have some supporting role to adapt into and play. We're the complex main character only in our own little bubble - a timely and universal truth of life, I think. That's where the idea started.

I wanted to showcase this bizarre yet necessary way of co-existence and self-preservation through a short slice of life story in the simplest most visual terms possible, which is why I used UV reactive make up and lighting, as well as episodic one-shots interconnected through editing.
