About this Video
I've been struggling with unhealthy portraying of my body for 7 years: from anorexia to binge eating disorder. Sometimes it feels that this circle of restriction-eating-guilt-restriction is unbreakable but I'm trying my best to reestablish healthy relationships with food.
In this short film I used the stories of different women who have the same problem as me. I really admire that they are not afraid of speaking up about such a personal problem and help others to not feel alone.
