I chose to tell a story of difficulty making decisions, because that is something I have had trouble with and figured others have as well. Film is a wonderful empathy machine, and seeing oneself represented on the screen, in any capacity, can be a very warming experience. Additionally, the film is essentially footage I captured while walking around St. Louis that is matched to my voice over. The form of this short is important in getting the message across: that the difficulty in making decisions is coming from a real person with a real voice.
