When I was 11 years old my father was kidnapped and almost killed when he was on his way to visit his family in Mexico City. My father was 42 years old at the time; a very hard worker and a great dad.

As a Mexican now spending my time in Canada, I have a duty to not only make and show this film to my own country but also to share it with beautiful places in the world. People need to open their eyes and appreciate just how lucky they are to be living in a country like Canada.
