Once, I had a hard time writing a script. I walked alone, talking to myself. I told myself to keep it simple and start with something easy. Then, I realized many writers struggle with ideas too. That's when I got the idea for a short film. What surprised me was that after having the idea for a while, the title and the insect featured in the film—Cicada—suddenly appeared on my doorstep after a rainy night. I took it as a sign from the universe that I should tell this story.
