Josephine, an 8-year-old girl, and Chaim, her teddy bear, celebrate Shabbat every week. When Josephine overhears her parents talking about how the world would look if everyone were Jewish, she realizes...not everyone in the world is Jewish. While her father avoids her questions about religion she seeks answers from Bubbe. What happens to someone who breaks Shabbat? While Bubbe reveals the truth, her parents discover the stove was left on. They don’t want to turn the stovetop off as that would mean breaking Shabbat. They need Josephine to turn off the stove but after learning about the punishments, will she?
