Guionista y promotora, a lo largo de su carrera ha combinado la escritura de guiones, con la docencia, y el trabajo de curaduría y difusión del cine en diversos ámbitos en México y en otros países. Entre sus trabajos destacan EN MEDIO DE LA NADA; DE LA CALLE; LA GUERRILLA Y LA ESPERANZA: LUCIO CABAÑAS; LOPON, y la serie para televisión CIEN AÑOS CON JUAN RULFO. Es Vice Presidenta de la Academia Mexicana de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas.

Screenwriter and film promoter, her professional activity has always been divided between writing for the screen, teaching and promoting film and filmaking. She is Vice President of the Mexican Film Academy.
