Alex Charitou was born in 1998 in Athens. He grew up in a polyglot family, an Italian mother and a French Cypriot father on the island of Paros. He attended high school in Turin, Italy and after graduation he returned to Greece, in order to pursue a film career. In parallel with his film studies, he attended various directing and screenwriting seminars. In 2021 he received his BA degree in film production from the University of Midlessex. He has directed two short films and works as an assistant director in films and commercials. Today he is in the pre production stage of two short movies, HBH and Attractive Forces.
