"school's out" came together from a shared love of life, laughter, and decay. I had written the script based on a location and friends I knew, with the intent of creating something that reminded me of the child within. I had been tinkering with the script for some time, and when the people involved were going to move out of state, I decided there was no way I could make this film without their contributions. I believe a film is touched by every hand it passes, and this piece if proof of it.
