My film seeks to share the delicacy of mother-daughter relationships, specifically the waning that might occur throughout a daughter's early adult life. My film draws some inspiration from my lived experiences with and love for my parents as I've begun college several thousand miles away from home. I'd hoped that, in following a very simple act of carelessness and a very simple demonstration of care, I could dredge up the feelings of guilt, distance, longing, and frustration that threaten to erode mother-daughter relationships.
