Henry Haneul Yoon is a first generation Korean-American who is your quintessential golden child. He goes to a prestigious university where he struggles with imposter syndrome and is lost on what it means to live life.
I chose to tell this story to depict that a life driven by external expectations and validation can be harmful. Especially during COVID when my peers seemingly "succeeding" in their remote jobs, joy was truly taken by comparison.
