About this Video
With poetry being one of my favorite ways to express myself, this film was inspired by a poem that I wrote while taking a deeper look into the way that I maneuver throughout the world surrounding me. A poetic exploration into the depths of my mind, this film provides a refreshing journey of a descendant who’s been on a quest for guidance from one of her ancestors. This short as an homage to those who have come before & continue to guide me. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve turned this concept into a visual narrative.
