She Quit is a short sizzle reel about the exit of Black women from the traditional workforce due to its negative impact on our health, financial and emotional wellbeing. Although we've drivers of the growth of America's small business community for years COVID will force many Black women back into the hazardous office spaces they fled to seek relief from racism and microaggressions. This short film is the beginning of an effort to change the current climate in the workplace by producing a longer series.
