My motive of this project is the connection i have with the Russia. I grew up in Cyprus, but having a Russian mother, made me connect and love the Russian culture.
This is why i want to present the story of this restaurant and introduce the Russian culture to other people. I want people to get to know this unique identity, and get the Russian gastronomy more known.
