One night in Beijing is a short silent documentary shot and edited by myself. The film is shot by iPhone. I wanted to make a short doc similar to "A Bronx Morning". It's about my one-night experience in Beijing in July 2020. Beijing had been through a half-year lockdown during that time. The movie theaters and the restaurants started to reopen, and we start to see more people in the streets. The film is made by that time to show how the city started to move back to the "new normal".
