Anthony Rojas is a Dominican-American filmmaker based out of Washington Heights, New York City. He is a recent graduate of Purchase College, where he majored in Cinema Studies and double-minored in Film Production and Screenwriting. At Purchase, Anthony not only exercised his passion for filmmaking; screening at HBO’s New York Latino Film Festival and local Inwood Film Festival, but for photography as well; working in the darkroom for his entire 4-year academic career. His work, whether through filmmaking or photography, centers around documenting and representing the Latinx immigrant experience in New York City.
