Aboard the last flight leaving the dying rock called Earth, prisoners in stasis unexpectedly awaken and attempt to take over the ship. It’s up to the gutsy first mate to save the other passengers and make sure the spaceship reaches humanity's new home planet.

I've given the protagonist an unusual name, one that might not be taken seriously, even though the situation in the story is serious. I have gotten both positive and negative notes on the name. However, I am really more concerned with the action of the story. It is a sort of DIE HARD in space. I received advice on creating more backstory, which I did. When I showed it to a mentor, she recommended going back to the original. So that is what is here. Any feedback is welcomed.
